Faye Doucette
"B.A. B.Ed. C.F.S.P. Lic. Emb and Funeral Director

Faye, a founding partner of Belvedere Funeral Home, is President of Belvedere Funeral Home and has been involved in funeral service since 1993. She obtained a teaching certificate from Prince of Wales College in 1965 and taught high school Mathematics at O'Leary High School and Colonel Gray Senior High School. She went on to complete her B.A. and B.Ed. at UPEI.

Faye graduated from Mount Royal College in Calgary with a Certificate in Funeral Directing and Embalming with Honors, and is a Licensed Embalmer, Funeral Director and Certified Crematory Operator. She presently serves as Past President of the Funeral Association of Canada and Past President of the Prince Edward Island Funeral Directors and Embalmers Association. She has served as General Chair Person and Director of the Atlantic Provinces Funeral Directors and Service Convention.  On November 16, 2010 Faye earned the designation CFSP (Certified Funeral Service Practioner) granted by the Academy of Professional Funeral Service Practice.

Faye's husband, Eric, predeceased her in 1998. She lives in Sherwood and has four daughters and nine grandchildren. Faye is a charter member of the Rotary Club of Stratford, enjoys reading and being with people. She is an active member of St. Pius X Church.

Craig Bryanton
Lic. Emb. and Funeral Director

Craig has been involved in funeral service since 1987 serving the people of the Montague area with Fergusonís Montague Funeral Home before joining Belvedere Funeral Home staff in June of 2011. Craig became a licensed embalmer and funeral director in 1993 and became a Certified Crematory Operator in 2011.

Craig and his wife Donna live in Stratford. Craig enjoys curling, strolling PEIís beautiful beaches and touring the Maritime provinces with Donna.

Willard MacKay
Lic. Emb. and Funeral Director

Willard has been a part-time member of the Belvedere Funeral Home team for many years coming when needed to allow us all to have a holiday. His contribution is much appreciated by everyone. Willard has served the people of New Brunswick and Prince Edward Island for many years as a funeral director and embalmer. Willard and his wife Ellen live in Mirimichi, NB where they are enjoying a well-deserved retirement with lots of travel and some work at Belvedere.

Arlene Brown

Arlene is the wife of Alan Brown, mother of Darren and Heather and grandmother of Hannah.

Arlene has been a member of the Belvedere Funeral Home team for the past 10 years as receptionist-secretary and previously at another funeral home for 21 years. She attends Park Royal United Church and is a member of the senior choir. Arlene has been very involved with the United Church Women's organization and has been a volunteer at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital for the past several years. Her interests include music, reading, volunteering and travelling.

Autumn Evans

Autumn has been an administrative assistant for the past 6 years. She has joined the Belvedere Funeral Home team in 2015. Autumn and her husband Rodney live in Cornwall with their two daughters, Kailyn and Ava.

Autumn is an active board member with the Central Region Sport and Recreation Council. She enjoys spending time with her family.

Judy Arbing
Reception Hostess

Judy has joined the Belvedere Funeral Home team very recently to serve families as our reception hostess. Judy brings years of experience in serving people and is a welcome addition to the Belvedere team.

Mike Doucette
Vehicle Detailer

Mike has been with the Belvedere Funeral Home team since 1996, helping out where needed. Mike is a full-time paramedic with Island EMS but is very much a part of our team. Mike spends most of his time making sure we look good! He takes very good care of all our vehicles for which we are most appreciative. He says the garage is "his office". Mike is married to Elaine and lives in Charlottetown.

Helen MacRae

Helen has been with us ever since the beginning. Helen serves as our official organist/pianist. Helen has a wonderful gift of music. Her ministry of music is very much appreciated by all the families she has served as it is by all of us at Belvedere Funeral Home. On behalf of everyone, thank you Helen for sharing your gift all these years.

It is our goal to provide a warm, homelike atmosphere in which to gently support those needing our services at a very difficult time in their lives. We at Belvedere Funeral Home are "caring individuals dedicated to serving the people in our community".
