Dunstan George MacDonald

The death occurred at Beach Grove Home on Saturday, February 28th, 2026 of Dunstan George MacDonald age, 93, beloved husband of Heather (Henry) MacDonald. Dunstan was born on June 15, 1932 to the late Leo and Annie (Cameron) MacDonald.

He is survived by his five sons: Leo (Marilyn – deceased),  Paul, Cameron, Andrew (Nancy – deceased), and Colin (Vicki); ten grandchildren: Leanne (Jason McNeil), Craig, Rory (Melissa), John, Mallory, Kate, Ben, Malcolm, Alistair, and Gavin; five great-grandchildren; his sister, Sister Anne MacDonald, and daughter-in-law, Debbie Dennis. Also survived by his stepchildren, Roger (Jennie), Garth (Ruth), Nancy (Mike), Trent (Lisa), and Trevor (Niki).

In addition to his parents, Dunstan was predeceased by his first wife Marina (Malone), great-grandson, Samuel, and brothers Leo, Ian, Eric, Athol, and Gerald.

Resting at Belvedere Funeral Home where a celebration of life will be held in the funeral home chapel on Wednesday, March 4th at 11 am. Following the service, all are invited to join the family for a time of food and fellowship in the Belvedere Funeral Home Reception Centre. Donations in memory of Dunstan may be made to the Queen Elizabeth Hospital Foundation. Family flowers only.
